Digital Product Refund and Support Policy

Out of the Whirlwind: Job 38 — Part One is a downloadable 101-page digital PDF delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product will be shipped.

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are final once access to the file has been provided. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind after delivery.

If you do not receive your download email, cannot access the file, receive the wrong or a corrupted file, or believe you were charged more than once, contact biblestudylibraryco@gmail.com. We will work to correct the issue. If we cannot provide the product you purchased, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.

We aim to respond to support requests within two business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
